Tim Dressel from Kettleborough Cider House shared with us his Down & Dirty Cider Mimosa. It’s a little rougher around the edges than your typical mimosa, perfect if you’re going for something a little more rustic or laid back. It also simple to make, meaning that you can enjoy it that much quicker!
- 1 part sweet cider
- 1 part dry hard cider
- Combine, kickback and enjoy!
Be sure to pick a dry cider, or better yet Kettleborough’s Dry Cider, which you can find in local beer and wine stores in New Paltz, New York. Keep an eye out for wider distribution this year!
