This raspberry smoothie bowl is made with raspberry yogurt and frozen berries. It is bright, fresh, and topped with fresh fruit, crunchy granola and a drizzle of honey.
Separately in a small microwavable bowl add the frozen raspberries and frozen strawberries. Microwave for 1 minute at 10% power. This softens the berries slightly so that they are easier to blend up in the blender. Otherwise, you may get chunks of frozen berries in your smoothie, rather than a smooth consistency.
Add to the frozen berries to the blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Pour into bowls and top with sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and granola. Drizzle with honey. Enjoy while still cold.
