This raspberry smoothie bowl is made with raspberry yogurt and frozen berries. It is bright, fresh, and topped with fresh fruit, crunchy granola and a drizzle of honey.
In a blender add the raspberry yogurt and frozen berries. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Pour into bowls and top with sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and granola. Drizzle with honey. Enjoy while still cold.
Notes
Tip: If you have an older, less efficient blender you can warm the frozen berries in the microwave for 1 minute at 10% power. This helps to avoid getting icy chunks of berries in your bowl if your blender does not have the power to blend it completely smooth.
