Biscoff Pie Crust is made with crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter and pressed into a pie dish to be used for any number of pies. It is super easy and requires only two ingredients.
Melt the butter in a medium bowl in the microwave. Set aside.
Add all but about 2-3 Biscoff cookies (save these 3 cookies to snack on) to a quart or gallon sized plastic bag and crush into fine crumbs. I typically use a rolling pin. You can also use a food processor or blender. Add the Biscoff cookies to the mixing bowl and combine with the melted butter.
Using a spoon, the back of a measuring cup or your hands, press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish so that the crumbs cover the bottom and go up the side of the dish.
Bake for 8 minutes. Remove, allow to cool, and fill with your favorite pie filling.
Notes
If the crust slouches down the sides of the pie dish after taking it out of the oven carefully (without burning yourself) use the back of the spoon to press the crust back up the sides and allow it to cool.
